   The right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, is reserved for any reason, including but not limited to if it is determined (at the sole discretion of the provider of this material) that you have:

   • Shared copyrighted Content without authorization.
   • Shared your account credentials with others.
   • Engaged in any activity that threatens the security or intellectual property of the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

   The service and Content are provided on an "as-is" basis. The Service Provider makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or availability of the Content.
